Consult and Design are fully operational, but things are far from normal. Like you, we are having to operate under very new circumstances and so I wanted to let you know about how we plan to support you under these conditions.
Firstly, we remain available for any requirements you have for your websites and applications via our support team who you can contact on firstname.lastname@example.org and +44 (0) 191 645 1111 during office hours. Our phone line is answered 24/7 by a customer service representative. If nobody is available to directly work on your requests they will take a message and get one of our team to call you right back. Please specify if the issue is urgent and provide as much information as possible to help us help you.
Our team are all working from home and have been since Monday 16th March, especially since we have a number of colleagues who are at high risk from the Coronavirus. Since then, we have a number of our team that have exercised full self-isolation with their families due to potential infection, and from this week the schools in the UK have closed so childcare will be an important part of our considerations. We have exercised a relaxed working hours policy, especially so that those with partners who are key workers are able to carry out their jobs while also ensuring they have time for their children.
At this moment in time we are back to full capacity and while the time which work may happen will be variable, we are aiming to catch up on any interruptions or delays due to adjustments over the next week. Please bear with us.
Our primary concern is one of health and wellbeing for our team, so that we can keep supporting you through these challenging times. We have been overwhelmed by the understanding you have shown and appreciate the steps everyone is taking to keep calm and carry on.
It is important for us to be open and honest with you—things are likely to get more challenging with more people infected and greater family commitments. We are a values based company and there is no time more important that we commit to those values.
