15 years ago today Consult and Design International was incorporated and it is with great pleasure that I can say, Happy Birthday to us! It has been a really amazing journey to get this far and I would like to extend a huge thank you to our outstanding team, committed clients and to everyone who has been involved in and around our business since 2005. We pride ourselves on the relationships we build and the values we share, and are privileged to have made a real difference improving the way people live and work with our clients in the UK and across the world.

Coronavirus has devastated people’s lives and our hearts go out to all those that are sick or have lost loved ones, or are struggling in so many other ways since it started spreading across the world just a few months ago. We have been through many ups and downs over the last 15 years but I think it is fair to say that we have never seen such change as we have experienced over the last three months. Like people and businesses everywhere we have had to adapt to new ways of working, support each other as colleagues and friends, and think long and hard about an uncertain future living with Coronavirus.

Looking ahead to the future

When we first started talking about our birthday year back in 2019, we clearly didn’t know we would be where we are today. While we will have a team party online tomorrow, we still hold some hope that as the year progresses we may be able to do what we originally planned and bring clients, partners, friends and family together to celebrate this milestone. For now, we have some really exciting plans with the announcement on Monday that we are hiring, and a new support programme that we will be launching soon.

Thank you for your support over the first 15 years. We are all looking forward to what the next 15 years hold, and I really hope that you will come along on that journey with us.
